What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted immediately. After downgrading, you retain access to history within the limits of your new plan. Data outside the new retention window is archived for 30 days before removal.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you 20% compared to the monthly rate. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings at any time, and the discount is applied immediately.
What does 'pay per use' API Access mean?
